Dr. Rothfritz & Dr. Vorlaender

This was my first time at this practice, and I'm incredibly impressed. Ms. Vorländer is incredibly kind, calm, and empathetic. We also got an appointment for surgery very quickly. I think I've finally found a good vet for my cats!

We had an emergency while on vacation, and they were able to offer us a later appointment that morning. (P.S. We were immediately turned away on the phone at other practices.) Later, we received a call saying we could come in earlier. Everything was very friendly and helpful. 👍

I am absolutely satisfied. Both with the doctors, especially Dr. Vorländer – you rarely find such a kind and friendly person. But the assistants are all incredibly kind and competent as well. Even over the Easter holidays, I was able to ask for advice about surgery. Where else do you find that? I can absolutely recommend this practice. I have 100% confidence in them.

I visited the veterinary practice for the first time today and I'm completely satisfied. My cat was examined from head to toe, then x-rayed, and given an injection for her pain. The vet was fantastic, the staff friendly, and there were no long waiting times. I'll gladly come back in four weeks.
