When it comes to veterinarians and their quality, no one can compare to Dr. Gartenbach. I've been taking all my dogs to her for over 30 years and have always been completely satisfied. Not only does she have a gift for calming animals, but she's also highly competent. She truly understands her field. Her prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend her.

I'm taking my Chihuahua to the vet. She's very gentle with my little dog. And best of all, she's affordable. I like the vet; I find her kind and competent. I get answers to all my questions.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Roos in Gartenbach since 2007. I'm very satisfied. My animals (dogs) were well cared for and always enjoyed the treat at the end of their appointments. Dr. Roos was also the only one who helped me when a raven pecked the neck of a young pigeon, and I tried unsuccessfully to contact someone to have the pigeon put down. She came and got the pigeon. I'm very sad that she's closing her practice in December. Of course, I'll be able to wish her a well-deserved retirement.

Dr. Roos-Gartenbach was a wonderful veterinarian for my cat Märchen and tomcat Gorki during my teenage years, then for my cat Lucky (from 1992 to about 1994), then for my tomcats Luxor and Mirabell, as well as for my cat Conscious, with whom I moved to Berlin in 2001. She also cared for the nameless street cat from Gummiinsel, a beautiful tabby who, unfortunately, had to be euthanized at the time because he was untreatable (he was untouchable and had an abscess down to the jawbone). Dear Dr. Roos-Gartenbach, my heartfelt thanks (especially from a fellow cat lover) also go to me for your support over the phone when my cat Luxor (around 2012) was very, very ill! (Animals don't "belong" to us, even though we have the pleasure, responsibility, and grace of sharing our lives.) ...and I'm so happy!! that you're still practicing as a veterinarian, so my daughter, who recently moved to Giessen, can bring her future rescue cats to you
