A truly beautiful and modern practice with an incredibly pleasant atmosphere 🤍 Everything is very bright, clean, and superbly equipped – you can immediately tell that they work with a lot of heart. I especially appreciate that dogs and cats have separate waiting areas and treatment rooms, which makes everything much more relaxed for the animals 🐾 Ms. Schroll takes her time, handles the animals with care, and explains everything clearly and calmly. You immediately feel well cared for and taken seriously. The central location near the Ostbahnhof (East Train Station) is also incredibly convenient. A definite recommendation for all pet owners 🐶🐈

First of all: WOW - How beautiful and modern can a veterinary practice be? But beyond that: we were greeted very warmly (and with dog biscuits). The veterinarian and the veterinary assistant were incredibly calm and gentle with my dog, there were plenty of treats to bribe her, and they really took their time. Because of this, I felt incredibly well cared for, and my dog ​​was also really relaxed – for her – she was even able to lie down and chill for a bit! :) Of course, there were more tasty treats at the end! I am absolutely thrilled and incredibly grateful for this wonderful first appointment at Fellow. A big thank you to Dr. Hoffmann, also from Yuna :)

​I do not recommend this clinic. I brought my senior dog in for a consultation, and the vet struggled to perform a simple blood draw, attempting it on three different legs and leaving my 16 year dog crying, bleeding, scared, and in pain. It ultimately took a nurse and a second doctor to complete the procedure. My partner and I were left traumatized after watching our pet go through this. ​Their prices are excessively high, and to make matters worse, the vet gave us an alarmist, overly negative interpretation of the results. A vet friend later reviewed the exact same panel and confirmed the results were actually not that bad. ​Between the lack of basic handling skills, unnecessary distress caused to my pet, high prices, and misleading advice, we will not be back.
