We really enjoyed visit of the veterinary, who examining the cat and the fact that they brought us the medication we needed. But all these “good” services pale in comparison to the cynicism and rigidity of the accountants and management of this clinic. The Felmo application states that a doctor’s visit is absolutely free. Our cat did not need an examination, but since this service was listed as free, we ordered a veterinarian visit. We only needed to buy Profender liquid. When we came directly to the clinic two days before the veterinarian’s visit to buy Profender, we were told that we must first register in the Felmo application and only after a doctor’s examination would we receive Profender. Any other clinic simply sells us this drug without any examination. Therefore, we succumbed to unfair advertising and ordered a doctor’s visit plus Profender. After that, we received a bill with triple the price compared to other clinics. We explained several times that we are refugees, have no income, etc. However, not only did we not reduce the cost of services, but we were not even given the opportunity to pay the bill in installments. Please be careful not to use the services of this veterinary clinic.

The vet was extremely punctual, very kind, and respectful to my cats. She addressed each cat individually and examined them thoroughly. As the owner, I felt very comfortable, and the treatment (vaccinations) was completed quickly, so the cats experienced no unnecessary stress. I highly recommend her and will have the next vaccinations administered by a Felmo veterinarian as well.

Our dog Elmo had a visit today and received very professional and loving care from the veterinarian. She took plenty of time for the examination and thorough consultation. Unlike usual vet visits, Elmo was very relaxed and calm. It was definitely the best decision for the old boy to have the vet visit him in his familiar surroundings. Thank you so much!
