My experience with the Felmo was somewhat disappointing. The vet who visited my home seemed to have limited interaction with my cat. My cat had red eyes, and the vet quickly administered eye drops without explaining that they were fluorescent and could stain my furniture. He examined my cat's eyes with a fluorescent light and prescribed two drops for a week, along with advising that my cat was overweight – a piece of information I was already aware of from online research. What left me dissatisfied was the invoice, totaling 149€. They charged for "oral consultation," even though I received basic advice, "materials" for the eye drops, and an "inspection of the eyes" that felt cursory at best. When I raised concerns about the damage to my sofa caused by the fluorescent drops, the response was not particularly reassuring. I believe the vet could have suggested using a cover to prevent this issue. I was also surprised by additional charges for materials and services that were not transparently explained. The service felt costly for what I received. My cat still has red eyes, which might be indicative of a more serious problem. I now need to take him to a traditional vet, causing additional stress. In summary, my experience was less than satisfactory. It's crucial for pet owners to feel their concerns are heard, and that their pets receive thorough care. Ridiculously expensive. We were charged 43 euro for general Consultation and then charged an additional 33 euro for consultation regarding what we called for - a wound. We did not ask for general consultation. In fact we had recently gone to a vet and we knew what our dog might have or not have, so as he started checking his teeth we already said that this is something we will take care of. But here we are paying 43 euro for something we didn’t ask for. It felt like the vet was pushed by Felmo to try to upsell everything he possibly can, which ruins the experience even more. Any convenience that we had from this home visit was completely wasted by the fact that we now have a bill for 149 euro for a hot spot check up with a spray given to us, which could be done by any general practitioner for less then 50% of the price. Not using their services again.

The medication was not administered during the appointment. I understand that things like this can happen, but I was still charged a relatively high fee. I've now decided not to contact Felmo for a blood check. I’ll be taking my cat to a vet I trust to ensure the process is carried smoothly. Just wanted to share this experience so others are aware—it's worth considering the cost, especially if your appointment doesn’t go as planned.

Dr. Alberts treated my cats super well, was very attentive and explained everything in detail to me. I also appreciate the fact that they don't try to push unnecessary things and procedures just to increase your bill. Definitely recommend the service.

I have been using Felmo for my cats for a few years already and had only good experiences. It's really helpful to have a vet visit at home. The app is great, the professionals are very competent and the bills are clear.
