felmo Mobiler Tierarzt Potsdam

I'm so satisfied with my appointment with the doctor. He was so friendly and professional. He took his time to explain my cat's condition to me. My experience with app Felmo was awesome. It's user-friendly and smooth with a fast and efficient customer service. But it's so expensive, so I wouldn't use it for non- emergency situations.

Frau Christiansen was very sweet and patient with my dog.

Their vet was kind and it's practical to have them come to your home, but their pricing structure is highway robbery. I asked about the pricing beforehand, and was told a visitation cost of around 70 Euros plus medications. Imagine my surprise after a regular examination with consultation visit, when I received a bill of over 200 Euros listing two different examinations and two different consultations (including a pre-consultation that never happened). They say "no hidden costs" on their site, but this is not true. Don't be fooled.

Good if you're up for the financial trip. Not sure we will go for a third time. The option for a home visit was the selling point for us. The nice and kind vets who have visited us (2 so far), as well as a kind and responsive customer support were already a pleasant bonus. A greatly unpleasant surprise were the bills. Some items that only remotely resembled the actual procedures these vets have taken inflated the bills considerably. Then again, not sure how they compare to most other vets. The lesson is to ask in advance before each and every move how much it's going to cost and decide then. They will not volunteer to tell you that themselves.

Honestly genuinely the best and most trusted by me vets. I recently had an appointment with Frau Bente! She was so caring and wonderful with my cat, she walked me through everything and answered my questions, she showed me she cared and did an amazing job and figured out how to help my cat. I will absolutely be booking appointments with them again and looking forward to having them come by to help my cat if she needs it. I fully trust them. Why is this important? I’ve prior been to two different vets (not felmo) (but I won’t say who) and not one figured out what was wrong with my cat. It was a money grab. they hurt my cat to make the prices higher for “handling” and gave her medications she didn’t need TWICE that didn’t really do much. No answer was given. No questions were asked. But money was taken and pressure was placed. Anyway. Felmo is amazing and it’s so comfortable and comforting that there are vets here who actually care! Thank you so much to Felmo! And Frau Bente!
