The vet arrived promptly for the appointment. She was very friendly and gentle with my dog. The initial consultation was very thorough and pleasant. A thorough examination and the injection followed. She has a very empathetic manner and really took her time. I was more than satisfied. Thank you again!

I had my dog, Lilly, get a blood test done by Ms. Koopmann today. She's always very insecure around strangers and barks a lot. Ms. Koopmann was very kind and calmed my little darling down very quickly. During the blood draw, Lilly stayed still and was incredibly well-behaved. Ms. Koopmann was very careful and competent, so everything went smoothly. Lilly felt relaxed and gained confidence. I'm so glad I decided to spare her the stress of going to the vet.
