A loving, competent doctor with heart and mind. Compassionate. Dr. Holber helped me a great deal with Cyndi's euthanasia and also lovingly cared for my little mouse. A truly compassionate doctor.

I had my dog, Lilly, get a blood test done by Ms. Koopmann today. She's always very insecure around strangers and barks a lot. Ms. Koopmann was very kind and calmed my little darling down very quickly. During the blood draw, Lilly stayed still and was incredibly well-behaved. Ms. Koopmann was very careful and competent, so everything went smoothly. Lilly felt relaxed and gained confidence. I'm so glad I decided to spare her the stress of going to the vet. Many thanks to Ms. Koopmann, and I'll definitely be back next time.

The vet arrived promptly for the appointment. She was very friendly and gentle with my dog. The initial consultation was very thorough and pleasant. A thorough examination and the injection followed. She has a very empathetic manner and really took her time. I was more than satisfied. Thank you again!

We are very happy with Felmo. Our senior cat hates carriers and car rides. We chose Felmo because we didn't want to add any extra stress for him. To make sure our furry friend was doing well, he had a blood test and a general check-up. Ms. Koopmann was wonderful; our cat is wary of strangers, but above all, he's strong! But Fips endured everything almost without a peep. The next day, the blood test results were discussed with us at length, and everything was also uploaded to the Felmo app for us to review. We are happy to pay for this service, and for us, only the convenience of in-home care is an option. We are very glad that Felmo is available in our area ;-)
