I have two cats, and had a very good experience. I have limited German skills, and our doctor didn’t speak English, but we were able to communicate effectively. Also, after the appointment I immediately received feedback in-App that I could use to verify my take away from the in-person meeting. The App let me know when he arrived as well, as well as when they were on their way. Doctor was friendly during the blood draw, and managed to keep my girls at ease; results will be posted in-App after around 24 hours. Would use this service again, no doubt.

The vet was wonderful. He was very professional and although we did not speak the same language, using Google translate, he was able to treat my cat perfectly. Anyone from America that needs a vet, this is who you should call for help.

The whole visit was very caring and friendly. The vet patiently built trust and acceptance when entering my place and seeing my cat. She made sure my cat was pampered before doing any examinations. The vet explained every step of checks, blood drawing, and injection treatment well. The report was very detailed, recording everything we discussed and the symptoms I videoed. The follow-up of the results was prompt. I am really happy with the service, though I can only speak English.

First time using. Hope to not need again but if I do, I will gladly use again. Great service!

Tried Felmo for the first time in Ludwigsburg for my two furry family members 🐕🐕 and was so grateful and impressed! Extremely grateful to Dr. Simiyari, so patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything so well. She took her time to diagnose and treat the dogs (a wound and an ear infection), gave meds, clear instructions for after care and all. The dogs were so ok with her, she is very kind and patient and thoughtful. Thank you Felmo, thank you Dr. Simiyari! (PS our conversation was in German, but she understands English too).
