Our first contact with Lena Gloning was in February 2022 at the LMU Veterinary Clinic. Chia, our now 12-year-old dog, suffers from hip dysplasia, hip osteoarthritis, shoulder instability, and osteoarthritis in her front paws. We were very hesitant about hip replacement surgery. Ms. Gloning gave us all the time we needed to make this decision and was very understanding of our reluctance. The surgery took place in March 2023. Even during the difficult period after the surgery, Ms. Gloning helped us by phone and checked in on Chia. The surgery was a success, and thanks to homeopathic remedies, some pain medication, Ms. Gloning's physiotherapy combined with underwater treadmill therapy, Chia is walking well again, has a zest for life, and lots of energy. I am very impressed with this veterinarian because of her comprehensive expertise, her sensitive and empathetic approach to both patient and owner, and her holistic approach. Since German is not my native language, visiting veterinary clinics has sometimes been challenging 😅However, for the first time, I felt genuinely welcomed here🥰 The two lovely ladies at the clinic are absolute angels—so kind, warm, and genuinely smiling from the heart🫠 I can’t express how happy I am to have found such a compassionate place🫶🏼The warm examination and pleasant conversation were amazing and to top it off, they even accept CREDIT CARD payments! 🥹

A fantastic practice! Unfortunately, our dog had to be euthanized after kidney failure. They went to great lengths to offer several appointment options to make it as comfortable as possible for her. We received excellent care and were allowed to take all the time we needed. The practice strikes the perfect balance between modern equipment for immediate results and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere where we all felt very comfortable. Thanks again to the whole team!
