I went to the infection clinic with cold symptoms. I wasn't allowed inside the office, but had to wait outside for an hour in the cold. The doctor came out and asked about a test or vaccination. If you didn't have one, you were supposed to get tested at the office. If you refused, you weren't treated. You were given a sick note, and that was it.

Always nice and friendly, I feel comfortable and well taken care of with you.

Mr. Klockmann, in my experience, is very competent, honest, and promises nothing he can't keep. Years ago, I had a cat in a shelter with severe kidney problems. He saved her from death several times, but was always honest and always made it clear to me that she would die from it. Ultimately, after years of constant antibiotics, we gave her pain relievers until she finally succumbed to her illness. Now we have a little Russian Blue who was constantly in heat. Here, too, he received competent advice and treatment. Our Masha enjoys coming to his practice, especially because he always gives her something to lick because she's so sweet.

I was a patient of Dr. Klockmann for many years. Sadly, a very competent family doctor is retiring. I will miss her very much, as she always helped me and was always accurate with her diagnoses. The nurses were also always very friendly and accommodating. I wish you a healthy and enjoyable retirement.
