A very empathetic and competent veterinarian who always has a sympathetic ear for the fears and concerns of pet owners about their beloved animals. My chickens, cats, and dog have always received excellent care from her, both in emergencies and during routine checkups.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to give zero stars. Technically competent, but completely lacking in empathy for the animals and their owners. Emergencies are ignored and downplayed.
