We took our Dobbi to the practice today because he developed a purulent cyst in one of his paws overnight. We received a very friendly welcome and were taken to the treatment room after a very short wait. The doctor quickly identified the cause and explained the next steps. Even our dog was impressed by the friendly doctor and the assistant. The way they treated our dog was absolutely lovely! We can only praise the practice highly! Thanks again for the quick help!

We are thrilled. The entire team is very friendly and compassionate, especially empathetic. We are treating our two German Shepherds, Daisy and Rex, there, and thanks to Dr. Pichler and Dr. Fischinger, our darlings are doing well again. We can't imagine a better veterinary practice.

We were there today as an emergency because it was suspected that my dog, Püppi, had ingested rat poison. I was seen immediately, completely problem-free, by a lovely, caring team and a very personable, approachable vet. The treatment was understandable and transparent, and I had every opportunity to continue treatment with my "regular vet" or her, or to take a soft diet with me for the next morning, cook my own meals, or decide for myself. My claws were also trimmed, which wasn't explicitly charged. The bill was paid by debit card, and that too went smoothly. If I weren't one of Dr. Schmid's first patients in Klagenfurt, I could definitely imagine switching to Dr. Pichler and her team. Thank you again, also very much, for promptly forwarding all the documents to Dr. Schmid and for the warm treatment.

The best veterinary practice! Our dog Batumi was treated patiently, competently, and lovingly. The whole team is simply warm and very well organized! We all felt incredibly comfortable, both humans and dog!!! Thank you all for your dedication, even after closing time!!

Absolutely lovely and wonderful team. Very friendly and thorough explanations, and completely easy to understand. The veterinarians exude a calming presence, and you can tell they are experts in their field. I enjoy going there and will continue to use this team.
