It's the humanity that sets Dr. Mägdefrau apart from others. "Chicken cuddlers" like myself don't necessarily have it easy finding a "willing" veterinarian who actually takes a closer look and is prepared to lend an ear and (this is what's special) a heart to the owner. Unfortunately, my Else didn't stand a chance. But we still tried everything, and she and I experienced so much empathy and compassion. I've rarely felt so well cared for and understood. Dr. Mägdefrau isn't just a good veterinarian. She's a human being. And THAT makes all the difference! I'm so incredibly grateful. It's okay to lose in the fight for an animal. But it's about "how"! I want to give an urgent recommendation to every poultry owner! PLEASE go to Dr. Mägdefrau!!
