My cat had trouble breathing in the middle of the night – Dr. and Mrs. Frei were there immediately at 3 a.m. to treat her. She was much better the next day. Thank you for the quick and excellent treatment and for cheering her up during such a stressful time!
Our dog had some urinal trouble and after visiting and applying treatment the following day became much better 😉 , my personal recommendation to the professional 👍
Our dog Riddick had a strange gait for reasons we couldn't explain, so we contacted veterinarian Dr. Frei by phone around 9 pm. We were able to come to his practice immediately, where our dog was examined. We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Frei and his wife/team for the prompt examination and treatment. They were very friendly and competent, and calmed us down in a way I haven't experienced with other veterinarians. There should be more veterinarians like them, who are so empathetic and reassuring to both people and animals. I will, of course, recommend Dr. Frei and/or switch my dog to him.
We called late in the evening because our rabbit had stopped eating, but we received immediate, friendly, and professional help despite the late hour. Thank you!
Our old Goldendoodle, Gabi, received immediate help. She was thoroughly examined and given excellent medication, so she was feeling better the very next day. The doctor was very friendly and took plenty of time. Being able to call at any time of day isn't something you can take for granted. The Vergien family from Berlin extends a huge thank you.
