Since I've only been a cat owner for six months, I was very worried because our cat, Mäxle, refused to eat. After a brief initial phone call, I was able to bring my patient in at very short notice, outside of normal office hours. I was absolutely delighted with how confidently Ms. Hahn-Springmann handled my cat and was able to calmly perform a full physical examination, including taking his temperature.
