This review is long overdue. An incredibly empathetic, friendly, and incredibly competent veterinarian who knows exactly what to do explains the situation clearly and directly. My furry friends are in the best hands there.

We've been taking our dog to this care for 6 years now, thankfully it rarely needed much... and we've always been completely satisfied with the advice, treatments and the price.

A wonderfully kind and empathetic veterinarian. We needed veterinary care for our Bernese Mountain Dog on a public holiday. There was no waiting time after calling ahead. She explained everything very well. Our Otis was already feeling better the next day. Thank you so much!

Our mixed-breed dog (7) suddenly started drooping her left front leg. We quickly called Ms. Berger for emergency service. She examined the animal quickly and professionally and made a diagnosis. Three injections later, we were somewhat relieved, but now we have to wait and see how things develop. It could be a slipped disc. In any case, she's a good vet who explained everything to us in detail. Of course, you have to be aware that a weekend emergency service, plus fees and medication, isn't free. Nevertheless, highly recommended.

Since our usual veterinarian had closed, we suddenly found ourselves without a vet – but we were able to take our dog directly to Ms. Berger. She was incredibly warm and empathetic – both with our dog and with me. Despite the short notice, she took plenty of time and provided us with excellent care. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back if needed!
