With outstanding expertise and great empathy, our dog's very rare skin condition was successfully treated here. The veterinarian and staff always handled the dog with great care and with the animal's well-being in mind. The veterinarian explained all treatment steps in detail and in an easy-to-understand way. The practice is also exceptionally well-organized, and the staff are very reliable, friendly, and competent. The costs for the services are transparent and reasonable.

We are so glad we found Dr. Ariane Neuber-Watts' practice. Our four-year-old Ridgeback, Balou, had been suffering from skin problems for about a year, and no one could help us. We were rescued here! Three months after our first visit, his skin looks much better, and his hair is growing back. We have a one-and-a-half-hour drive, and this practice is worth every kilometer! Many thanks also to the practice team!

For cats with skin problems, I would always go back to Dr. Neuber Watts. We brought in a cat who had terrible itching, bloody wounds, and bald patches in her fur (February 2024). Today, a year later, we have a diagnosis and everything is well under control, thanks to the excellent advice and the time they give us there! I would highly recommend this practice!

Never again! I wanted a second opinion because an autoimmune disease (systemic lupus erythematosus) was suspected. I mentioned in advance when making the appointment that my dog had recently received cortisone. Despite this, I was given an appointment for a few days later, and the cortisone was said to be no problem. The vet immediately declared at first glance that it wasn't lupus and that she couldn't examine the dog anyway because he had received cortisone. I could have lost it right then and there. She then questioned the entire dietary change I had painstakingly developed with my regular vet over months (exclusively home-cooked meals), which works wonderfully, and tried to sell me expensive commercial dog food. Her reasoning: if I didn't make this dietary change, there was no point in coming back, as it would all be for nothing. She also wanted to give my dog a very expensive allergy injection, even though he was already well-managed on medication. Furthermore, she tried to sell me a skin oil, even though we already use a very good product that works perfectly. The vet, while friendly, made it very clear that I didn't need to bring my dog back if I didn't accept her offers. She continued to rule out lupus, even though she couldn't examine my dog because of the cortisone. As I said, I specifically mentioned the cortisone when I made the appointment. In the end, I paid over €400 for nothing and drove for two hours. I drove home crying with rage. Finally, my regular vet diagnosed the suspected autoimmune disease, lupus. Thanks for nothing, "Skin-Cat-Dog"!

Today was my first time at the practice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a good feeling and felt that my dog and I were in good hands.
