I've had the pleasure of working with her for over two and a half years, and she consistently demonstrates a remarkable balance of precise medical knowledge, genuine compassion, and a truly consultative approach. Dr. Haas excels at communicating all treatment options comprehensively, empowering us to make informed decisions for our pets. Her expertise has significantly improved the quality of life for our older dog, who has faced both a spinal injury and cancer. Thanks to her dedicated care, he is now remarkably active and remains cancer-free. Furthermore, she has been instrumental in managing our very anxious cat's well-being. Dr. Haas successfully integrated a natural therapy that has resulted in a much calmer and happier pet. After years of the same diagnosis, "food intolerance," and increasingly specialized food that eventually tasted of nothing, Ms. Haas finally became the first veterinarian to find the real problem. With immense patience and empathy, she enabled our dog to gradually return to "normal" food, and thanks to her, Akuma finally regained his vitality. She was always there for us, and her blend of conventional medicine and alternative approaches was the perfect combination. When our Akuma died far too soon from a spontaneous gastric torsion, she pulled out all the stops to get to the bottom of everything until the very end. She is wholeheartedly committed, as if it were her own animal. Ms. Haas is truly a very loving, thoughtful, and careful veterinarian. She always tries to respond and come as quickly as possible and takes ample time for each patient. Her handling of our 18-year-old little dog was always impeccable. We always felt comfortable with Ms. Haas as well. Even towards the end, she didn't perform endless tests that would have only caused suffering, but instead made very deliberate and collaborative decisions about what was truly necessary.
