We chatted with Inntal-Vets on JustAnswer Sunday evening. Our dog has had diarrhea and vomiting for 48 hours and refused all food. Therefore, we wanted to contact a veterinarian to determine the urgency of treatment. The recommendation was to administer activated charcoal tablets and chamomile tea. Since we indicated that we didn't have these at home (it was Sunday evening), the vet made unqualified and dismissive comments such as: "Well, then please go to the pharmacy and get them. It's good that you contacted us, but we can't conjure up what you have at home." Unfortunately, this was very unprofessional, and it seemed as if they had no interest in addressing our issue further.

I chatted with the practice via JustAnswer and was very disappointed. Their blunt and insensitive manner was absolutely unhelpful. Despite my previous description, I had to clarify again what kind of animal it was...great preparation! I could have had the rest of the conversation with a layperson in any chat forum. Absolutely not recommended! Update: This IS a real profile. Responding to bad reviews with lies unfortunately fits perfectly with their overall treatment of us.
