I don't understand the good reviews. My dog ​​was bleeding on a Sunday. It's easy to panic, especially since it takes 30 minutes to find out which vet is on call. Mr. Nowak was incredibly unfriendly on the phone... when I asked if I could come in... he actually said NO! IN SHORT: unfriendly and unwilling to help.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Ms. Amling. We contacted veterinarian Nowak due to an emergency involving blood loss from bite wounds on our dog's neck. He refused treatment over the phone, explaining that he couldn't operate anyway and that if it was the carotid artery, the dog would already be dead. He suggested we wait until the next day. Fortunately, we were able to reach an on-call veterinarian in Erfurt who performed the treatment immediately.

Best vet in the world... always there and honest. There should be many more people like him... thank you, Mr. Nowak ❤️

We met Dr. Nowak through the emergency veterinary service during a very difficult time when our elderly dog's health deteriorated. Even that night, he was incredibly kind, empathetic, and clear in his support. Two days later, he came to our home to support us and our dog. He took his time, explained everything calmly and clearly, and guided us through this difficult moment with great competence. Even though we had to say goodbye, we remember this moment as peaceful and dignified. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Nowak for his help.
