I'm English speaking and my horse flew in from the US a few months ago. Jutta was so kind and patient with both of us. My horse has always had sedation, because that's how they did things. But Jutta showed me today that's not necessary. She talked to my horse to assure him it was ok, and gave him breaks. He never fought her and was happy to accept treats from her at the end. I was so impressed. She also took the time to explain to me what she was doing and even let me feel the sharp points on his teeth.
