We went for qn emergency situation without an appointment for our dog. The stuff is professional and helpful. We have waited around 1.5-2 hours but as I said, we went there without an app. They squized us in between 🙏 At the end of the day our dog Ouzo was already in a better situation ♥️
I brought my cat to this clinic because she was having trouble breathing. The vet there seemed unsure and gave vague answers like "I'm not sure" and "It could be stress." The fees were high, but I didn’t feel like I got much value. On next day another vet diagnosed the problem quickly. I was hoping for a clearer and more informed opinion — even basic info would’ve helped. Honestly, I found ChatGPT more helpful than this clinic. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Very friendly staff & easy to get too. Their emergency department was a bit slow. I was the third one there, and sat waiting for nearly 4 hours. Overall, great staff & services. Thank you for taking care of me & my pet.
Want to say thank you for taking care of my so scary pup. Could not have had a better team. Dr. J. Vogt and Mr. Fabian were outstanding.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I took my dog that was very sick here, with massive amounts of vomiting (some blood in vomit) and diarrhea. Zero diagnostics were performed. My dog was given an antiemetic, and I was told he must have "eaten something bad for him." The next morning, I took him to his primary vet, and he was diagnosed with both pancreatitis and a gastric dilatation-volvulus. He had to be rushed into emergency surgery to save his life. I do not understand why an emergency vet would not take an X-ray to rule out a potentially life-threatening condition. Over 300 euros with not a single answer, just to spend thousands the following day to save my dog's life. I am furious.
