My cat had a problem with her nails, I was there for a control and they gave me some medicine to clean her nails, they didn't even clean them themselves but I had to do it myself at home, it took about 2 weeks and the cat didn't improve at all I went the second time to ask if I am using the medication correctly because I was worried about the cat and I received a bill for about 400€ I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY!!!

Our puppy was in the clinic for five days. From the very beginning, the conversations with the veterinarians and nurses were open, very friendly, honest, transparent, and empathetic. Our dog received wonderful care. Every treatment was discussed, and the costs were also handled. Without the clinic team, we probably wouldn't have our puppy anymore. Our dog's life was saved. After a phone call, she was immediately taken into surgery – no time was wasted, and everything, absolutely everything, was done. We were greeted warmly, and there were gestures of care we hadn't expected. After two hours, when our little one was somewhat stable, we were even allowed a brief goodbye before she stayed overnight at the clinic. We received two calls the next morning, and there was no rush – all our questions were answered, and we were given the feeling that our little girl was truly in the best hands and that every single doctor was absolutely determined to stabilize her and help her through. We went through a terrible time, but when we were finally able to bring our dog home, the pickup was also a loving and thoughtful affair. They took their time with us, and we knew that this clinic was the best thing that could have happened in that awful situation. Thank you so much for saving Dori.

Nice service, stuff is professional and speaks English (mostly) - however, the prices are also skyrocket We came with dog pankreatitis, infusion + treatment + blood test, plus some diet food, medicals for further home use - all of it for 1050 EUR. WITHOUT ambulatory - that would destroy my budget. The judge is yours, perhaps I just need get better in money earning. If it's an urgency - I would recommend.
