My cat had a problem with her nails, I was there for a control and they gave me some medicine to clean her nails, they didn't even clean them themselves but I had to do it myself at home, it took about 2 weeks and the cat didn't improve at all I went the second time to ask if I am using the medication correctly because I was worried about the cat and I received a bill for about 400€ I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY!!!

We took our Bernese Mountain Dog, Kira, to the clinic on February 13, 2026. She had previously been to our local vet several times, initially for a uterine infection that necessitated spaying. Unfortunately, she didn't recover from that, and the vet didn't address her new symptoms: difficulty breathing, wheezing, hiding in the garden, and refusing to come back inside. So we went to the clinic in Wasbek. The team, from reception to the assistants to the vets, were extremely friendly and competent. After describing all her symptoms, an X-ray was taken, and sadly, there was only one option left: she had terminal lung cancer. They were very compassionate and informed us about their collaboration with an animal crematorium before she was euthanized. We were given time to say goodbye to her in peace. I'm getting teary-eyed again. She was my soulmate. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, even though they unfortunately could not save my dog, they did relieve her of her pain and suffering.

I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog at the Wasbek Animal Clinic on Sunday, but I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and accommodating. My dog received a quick and thorough examination. Everything was explained openly and clearly. As difficult as the situation was, we felt completely safe and well cared for at the clinic. And it's one of the few clinics that is truly available 24/7.

Nice service, stuff is professional and speaks English (mostly) - however, the prices are also skyrocket We came with dog pankreatitis, infusion + treatment + blood test, plus some diet food, medicals for further home use - all of it for 1050 EUR. WITHOUT ambulatory - that would destroy my budget. The judge is yours, perhaps I just need get better in money earning. If it's an urgency - I would recommend.
