An incredibly rude practice. They're open until 7 pm, but charge double after 6 pm! Don't even bother coming in for an emergency; they'll ask you to come back the next day with an appointment. The animal's well-being isn't their priority. It's clearly their main focus, as they expect you to come three times within four days. Absolutely not recommended. Very unfriendly.
We were here for the first time, and I have to say it's the best veterinary practice! Our cat was treated with great care. The staff was incredibly friendly! We were referred to Mudersbach, and there they finally figured out what was wrong with our cat. Unfortunately, it wasn't good news, but no other vet could find the cause. What a shame! Sadly, we will have to say goodbye to our cat. Nevertheless, the staff did a fantastic job. Thank you!
