Competent, sympathetic and freindly. Waiting times are minimal and the building is fantastic.

My first and last experience at this practice was not a good one! We came in with our injured cat on Saturday. The first question was, "Do you have an appointment?" No, we're here with an injured cat! The receptionist looked at her computer and didn't even ask what was wrong with the cat. A phone call and an appointment seem to be more important here than an injured cat! I wasn't exactly pleased and drove to a practice in Linz! There, I thanked the doctor for seeing me without an appointment! He said, "It's only natural in an emergency!"

Our cat Punkti (18) has been lovingly and attentively cared for by Dr. Seitlinger and her entire team for many, many years. Although he's already an old grandpa, he still enjoys excellent health – thanks to the arthritis injections he's received since last year, he's moving around like Puss in Boots again. A very good veterinary practice! Dr. Seitlinger is a fantastic doctor and only prescribes necessary medication! I wish I had a doctor like her, not just for my cat!
