We've been bringing our little pack to the small animal practice in the Allgäu region for quite some time now – with Henry (our sheriff), Joy, our clever hobby queen, and Ruby, who, as Pippilotta would say, does whatever she wants anyway. Our feline companions, Rusty and Benji, are next on the list. And quite honestly, we don't feel like "patients" there – we simply feel well cared for. Shortly before our Baltic Sea vacation, Joy suddenly started showing unusual symptoms. Of course, it happened the day before we left – dogs have such perfect timing! We were able to come in immediately, everything was calmly examined, explained, and clarified – and we were able to leave with peace of mind. That feeling of "everything is okay, you can go" is simply invaluable. Ruby's spaying also went completely smoothly. So loving, so careful, no stress – simply professional and heartfelt. What I particularly appreciate is that no one works in isolation there. They coordinate, review cases together, and think proactively. You can tell that they are truly committed to the animals' well-being – not just rushing things. For us dog and cat lovers, that's priceless. Thank you for always letting us come with our whole gang. For us, it's clearly the best place in the Allgäu.

We had to take our dog to the vet while on vacation and booked a last-minute appointment through Petolo. The staff was very friendly, and the vet, Dr. Miller, took plenty of time and was very competent. The treatment worked relatively quickly, and the shoes we received were perfect. We also received some other valuable tips. I can highly recommend this practice; if I didn't live almost 600 km away, it would be our regular vet.
