We were greeted by very spacious treatment rooms, and the waiting area is surprisingly and very thoughtfully divided into alcoves so that cats can relax and more agitated patients can get out of the way. A truly wonderful idea. Check-in after booking an appointment online went smoothly, and all the staff and other waiting patients were incredibly friendly and respectful. The examination was pleasant for my dog; they took their time with her. The practice is also easy to find, with ample parking right outside, so all in all, highly recommended.

Here, you need to plan for the animal to be sick. You can't go without an appointment. We were turned away and told to go to Klosterfelde on a Friday evening with two three-year-old children who were worried about their cat. Even if they're full and can't take any animals, they should say so politely and kindly. (Just a tip)
