Kleintierpraxis am Wasserturm

We went there with our 1,5 year old golden retriever for some scans. They were so friendly, patient and caring for him. They made him comfortable and the praxis has a nice calming atmosphere. The procedure went quick and the moment he could walk himself again we were good to go home. 5/5 stars, if we would live closer we would have this as our go to vet! - as a side note a small comment on the candle on the front desk: it’s so thoughtful that you have this and I’d love to see this at every vet. Thanks again for the good help today!

On the advice of my vet, I went to the practice for dental checkups and to have my cat's kidney values ​​checked. Cost: €800.00 I have a very anxious cat, a condition triggered by his previous owner when he was a kitten. At first, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were lovely, the waiting area was nice and separate, and the staff was very friendly. I was told it would take about an hour. Contrary to my expectations, I wasn't allowed to participate in the examination as usual. After four hours, I was finally able to pick up my Grumpy, who was still very sleepy. Once home, I found him completely out of sorts. This lasted for three days. He wouldn't let anyone near him. I don't know what happened. But I know I'll never take any animal to that practice again.
