A truly heartfelt recommendation! I first came here with my terminally ill, 21-year-old cat. The farewell was incredibly compassionate; we received all the time and support we needed. Now I come here with my two dogs and am extremely satisfied. Appointments are available quickly, and the information provided is honest and transparent without unnecessary additional costs. It's perfectly normal for emergencies to cause waiting times. The large grounds are also fantastic, allowing for plenty of space to work indoors or outdoors. Many thanks to the team!

Excellent practice! Here, you are taken very seriously. Both people and animals are treated with great care and professionalism. All options are explained, and the advice is superb. Scheduling appointments is also excellent. There's hardly any waiting time. Especially for sensitive pet owners, it's a great place to go. We feel very, very comfortable here.

The best vets ever! While not the cheapest for everything, they are definitely the best. That's why pet owners travel from far and wide to see the Rakows. Highly competent and specialized in all aspects of animal care. We highly recommend them.

We've been taking our Chihuahuas to this veterinary practice for quite some time now and are very happy with it. We can especially recommend Dr. Hornung! 😊 She is incredibly friendly, calm, and empathetic with both the animals and us humans. Everything is explained clearly, and she really takes her time with each individual case. Even if an emergency comes up, she remains calm and then attentively and thoroughly attends to you again. I can't personally say much about the other vets, as we've mainly seen Dr. Hornung. However, we often hear that many people travel from further afield because they swear by this practice. We also particularly appreciate that they use homeopathy extensively. In addition, they offer modern diagnostics such as X-rays and ultrasound, and as far as we know, they also have their own laboratory. The veterinary assistants are all consistently very nice, polite, and helpful. You really feel taken seriously, well cared for, and that your animals are in the best hands. 🐾

We are thrilled! Two of our three dogs were treated by Dr. Rakow in one week (stroke and spinal inflammation). Perfect diagnosis and fantastic treatment. They are anxious dogs, but it's really okay there. The assistants are the nicest I've ever met. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Thank you ❤️
