Doctor Thomas Lund and his assistant Christine Klapprodt was so wonderful in helping us when our Bonnie got sick during our vacation. They were super friendly and helpful and we felt so welcome even thou they had a fully booked day. If we lived in the area these are definitely the people I would want to have taking caring my pet.

A complete disaster 05/2026 Nice, but still too uninformed A suspected, old fracture of both front legs and spine (caused by a kindergarten child grabbing her tightly from above) was to be x-rayed... The right leg is mainly limping (apparently also an annoying tingling sensation in the leg, as she's been constantly licking it since the incident. According to the child, her front legs suddenly started sticking outwards). Then the first x-ray... the cat was only x-rayed from the point of the problem downwards to her rump. The shoulder blades and hocks weren't shown. Unnecessary, incorrect x-ray exposure to my cat. Second x-ray... taken from the left side... unfortunately, the right shoulder blade wasn't visible in the "x-ray shadow." Again, nothing was visible. I then took the cat home, because a third x-ray exposure to my cat? I will, of course, bear any side effects later. For this, €100! And I still don't know what's wrong with my right shoulder!
I've been a customer for years with several animals. Today I needed new food for my old dog and headed to Bassum. However, due to inventory, I couldn't find any food! There was no mention of this on the website, even though the reception staff were friendly as always and there was plenty of food on site. Apparently, the management had instructed me to do this. That's unacceptable!
