Dr. Blöthner is a very kind and competent veterinarian. Unfortunately, we had to come to the practice during emergency hours. These higher fees for emergency services are well-known, but not at this practice. We only had to pay the emergency fee; otherwise, the regular price for treatment was charged (we've also been charged three times that amount before). Our dog felt comfortable at the practice and was immediately better afterward. Thank you again for the kind treatment.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Blöthner and her team once again from the bottom of my heart! She accompanied my furry friend and me with empathy, compassion, and utmost professionalism on the difficult journey to saying goodbye – even during the night shift. She and her team made it possible for us and the other pets to have such a dignified and loving farewell the following day, for which we are so grateful! They also arranged for us to have the body transported to the pet crematorium. Thank you for that as well. My furry friend and I were truly fortunate that Ms. Blöthner was on call and made saying goodbye more bearable with her wonderful manner. 🙏🏼
