A fantastic, very empathetic veterinary practice. All the staff are very friendly and always available. Appointments are available even at short notice. Our dog is very insecure and is accepted there just as he is. The facilities in the new practice are excellent. Many examinations, such as lab tests, can be done immediately.

Absolutely top-notch care with heart, complete dedication, and the highest level of expertise! Dr. Dinse saved our Labrador Retriever, Bailey, twice this past March. Our dog had ingested poison during a walk and arrived at the clinic suffering from seizures, tremors, excessive salivation, and severe diarrhea. Dr. Dinse then treated and monitored her intensively for 60 hours straight. She received anesthesia and continuous sedation to prevent seizures, blood tests, and IV fluids—the full treatment regimen without a break. Subsequently, and as a consequence of the extreme side effects of the poisoning, our dog suffered a double intestinal obstruction on the third day after ingestion, which was successfully surgically repaired. This surgery was, of course, prioritized as an emergency procedure during our regular appointments because Bailey would not have survived any delay. Thanks to Dr. Dinse's outstanding diagnostic and surgical expertise, our dog survived this complication as well. A huge thank you to Dr. Lankisch, who confirmed the ultrasound diagnosis. My family and I are speechless. I can only express my admiration and heartfelt gratitude for this incredible dedication, demonstrated with such loving care and expertise by the practice owner and the entire team! A practice like this is truly unique in the surrounding area.

My cat Matty had a serious accident, and they reacted immediately, organized everything, and cared for me with so much calm, compassion, and expertise. The practice is modern, superbly organized, and you can tell that the animal's well-being is always at the forefront. As an owner, you also feel understood here – they listen to you, call back reliably, and agreements are kept. Appointments are made promptly and without long waits.
