Dr. Hähnle is an experienced, older veterinarian who treats her patients with calm and composure. This is great for the animals and helps them relax. She is very careful with highly agitated and frantic animals. The receptionist isn't very able to help out, which sometimes makes it a bit difficult to provide the best possible care for anxious and agitated animals. Otherwise, she's really lovely and friendly!
Friendly, calm, and competent. With her professional and calm manner, Dr. Hähnle consistently manages to treat my dogs and completely alleviate their stress. It's always amazing how quickly my dogs associate their trust and the examination with a positive experience. A big thank you to the entire practice.
