We've been to many vets in the area, but never as satisfied as with Dr. Freyer. She's a fantastic vet who tries to do everything possible. Very competent and always friendly. Her receptionist, Pia, also deserves high praise. Many thanks for the excellent care our Labrador, Pablo, received. We're so glad we found such a great veterinary practice. Keep up the good work! 👏

Unfortunately, my cat's claws were badly trimmed, and the place wasn't clean either. There were swabs with dried blood on the windowsill in the treatment room, and urine in the corner. The vet was otherwise competent, but I didn't feel comfortable there.

The practice is very unclean, with blood on the floor and swabs lying around. The staff seems unmotivated and, unfortunately, incompetent. The veterinarian made a wrong diagnosis, and as a result, our dog didn't receive the life-saving medication. Our dog would have died that night if we hadn't rushed him to the animal hospital, where he was an emergency case requiring intensive care (canine malaria). I will never set foot in that practice again. I wouldn't give it any stars, but I couldn't post otherwise.
