Kleintierpraxis Dr. Martina Rufer

Dr. Rufer is a veterinarian with heart and empathy! I have never felt so well advised and cared for with my animals as I do in this veterinary practice. It is quick to get an appointment and the practice team is also friendly and helpful all around! We have now been treated there with all three of our tomcats. The animal was always taken into account and attention was paid to whether the stress level was high. Then the animal was quickly put back in the crate. I am absolutely happy! And every treatment was successful. She even pointed out things to me that other veterinarians had overlooked. What I find particularly great is that there is a tea light on the counter for the animals who have had to go. That also shows me that the animals are important to me.

A fantastic veterinarian, and the whole team is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer all our questions and provide excellent care for our pets when they're ill. Our dog loves going there and always recovers quickly. That's proof for us that we made the right choice. Thank you, keep up the great work! 👍

A fantastic practice. Appointments are available quickly, and there are no long waiting times. The veterinarian is honest and competent. She is very loving towards the animals and always helpful. We feel very well cared for with our two furry friends. Many thanks to the team!

Everyone was very friendly, warm, and kind. I expected my cat to hiss and scratch, but I was pleasantly surprised. He handled everything perfectly, and all my questions were answered!

Completely overpriced and professionally questionable. I only went there for a vaccination, and when the bill came at the end, I thought I was going to faint... furthermore, my pet was vaccinated with a vaccine that, according to the vaccination schedule, wasn't even due yet...a rip-off.
