I had to take my dog ​​to the practice today at short notice due to an allergic reaction. They were very friendly and helped quickly. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Müller and her husband for their patience, empathy, and the genuinely fun conversations. Even with a difficult dog, you are warmly welcomed here, and they are always there to help and advise. It couldn't be better! 🙂

This week, we took our two 13-week-old kittens to the vet for their first check-up, vaccinations, and deworming. Beforehand, I visited several vets in the Göppingen area and compared them based on their demeanor and reviews. Dr. Barbara Müller stood out in a particularly positive way. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and there were no long waiting times. We were also greeted very warmly upon arrival, presumably by her husband. The two work together exceptionally well and seem like a perfectly coordinated team. The waiting time in the waiting room was extremely short, which is a great advantage, especially for animals who feel most comfortable at home. The practice rooms were very clean and pleasant. There was even a small counter with coffee and sweets for visitors, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Dr. Barbara Müller took plenty of time during the initial examination and explained everything to us thoroughly and clearly. She is very professional and exudes a wealth of experience. We particularly appreciated that we weren't pressured into unnecessary vaccinations. Instead, they explained exactly what was appropriate for indoor cats and what wasn't. The prices were also very fair. Of course, we hope our two cats will rarely need a vet visit. However, should veterinary care be necessary, we know exactly where we can feel confident in our treatment.

Dr. Müller has been our dog Paul-Henry's veterinarian for five years. Dr. Müller isn't just a veterinarian; she lives and breathes her profession as a true calling. The practice radiates warmth, competence, and trustworthiness. Together with her husband at reception, she forms a superbly coordinated team that cares for every animal with great patience and empathy. Whether it's minor ailments or more serious illnesses, you feel comfortable, understood, and in excellent hands from the very first moment. Five stars aren't enough! We wholeheartedly recommend this practice. ❤️
