Kleintierpraxis Dr. med.vet. Barbara Müller

Today, due to an emergency, we called Dr. Müller's office as non-clients and were fortunate enough to get an appointment just 30 minutes later. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this. Mrs. Müller treated our dog competently and flawlessly, and my husband was able to drive home with peace of mind. I also spoke with the gentleman mentioned here quite often when making the appointment. Greetings to him! I found the direct communication style, the specific questions about the situation and the animal, and the information about the payment options to be appropriate, perfectly acceptable, and not at all unfriendly. Perhaps that's just a matter of being overly sensitive to the "receiver's ear." Unfortunately, these days it's no longer a given that clients will reliably pay their veterinary bills. Everyone wants a pet; many simply can't afford one. In that case, providing advance notice about the payment methods is actually quite courteous. Thank you for everything!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Müller and her husband for their patience, empathy, and the genuinely fun conversations. Even with a difficult dog, you are warmly welcomed here, and they are always there to help and advise. It couldn't be better! 🙂

This week, we took our two 13-week-old kittens to the vet for their first check-up, vaccinations, and deworming. Beforehand, I visited several vets in the Göppingen area and compared them based on their demeanor and reviews. Dr. Barbara Müller stood out in a particularly positive way. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and there were no long waiting times. We were also greeted very warmly upon arrival, presumably by her husband. The two work together exceptionally well and seem like a perfectly coordinated team. The waiting time in the waiting room was extremely short, which is a great advantage, especially for animals who feel most comfortable at home. The practice rooms were very clean and pleasant. There was even a small counter with coffee and sweets for visitors, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Dr. Barbara Müller took plenty of time during the initial examination and explained everything to us thoroughly and clearly. She is very professional and exudes a wealth of experience. We particularly appreciated that we weren't pressured into unnecessary vaccinations. Instead, they explained exactly what was appropriate for indoor cats and what wasn't. The prices were also very fair. Of course, we hope our two cats will rarely need a vet visit. However, should veterinary care be necessary, we know exactly where we can feel confident in our treatment.

We unfortunately met Dr. Müller very late in life, but we appreciate you and your husband very much! We wish the circumstances had been different, but at the same time, we are incredibly grateful to have had such loving support by our beloved bear's side during his final hours! A heartfelt thank you! To all pet owners who complain about the gruff voice on the phone: the voice knows what it's doing and has a heart of gold! In this practice, I have never once experienced a pet owner being turned away. And yet, the advice and treatment were always caring and of the best possible quality! Thank you! We are so glad that practices like yours still exist; we have unfortunately had different experiences. Our journey ends here. 🦮
