We brought our dog to the practice as an emergency patient. Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed. We've had very different experiences elsewhere. The diagnosis was explained clearly, and our furry friend was feeling much better the next day. We were able to schedule a follow-up appointment promptly and received the same friendly and competent treatment. This is exactly what we expect from a good veterinarian.

Absolutely fantastic! Empathetic and loving; the animal is treated as a patient with respect. The whole team takes their time, explains everything, and creates a warm atmosphere. I feel very well cared for at the Schoenrock practice, which my kittens also sense and are only ever a little bit scared :) The drive to the practice takes just under 20 minutes. I would even come here if it were an hour's drive. Thank you!

Our dog was diagnosed with a large tumor in her spleen. This happened while we were on vacation, when she was staying at a familiar boarding kennel. The local clinic recommended either euthanasia or surgery. After a phone call from Egypt to Germany, we arranged with Dr. Schönrock to postpone the surgery until right after our vacation, as it is a complex procedure, and so our dog could come home with us afterward. It was the best decision! Dr. Schönrock didn't leave us in the dark for a single minute. We were constantly informed about the surgery, the risks, the potential consequences, and the healing process, and we received excellent care throughout. We could always contact Dr. Schönrock for advice via her emergency number! We say THANK YOU!!! To the best veterinary team! You saved our Milli, and a good ending is essential: Dr. Schönrock's experience shows that most splenic tumors are benign, and that was the case with our Milli!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
