We brought our dog to the practice as an emergency patient. Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed. We've had very different experiences elsewhere. The diagnosis was explained clearly, and our furry friend was feeling much better the next day. We were able to schedule a follow-up appointment promptly and received the same friendly and competent treatment. This is exactly what we expect from a good veterinarian.

Yes, I can highly recommend this veterinary practice. It was my first time taking my dog ​​to Dr. Schoenrock's practice. From the veterinary assistant to the vet, everyone was very friendly, relaxed, and understanding. My dog ​​barks excitedly when he sees another dog, but that wasn't a problem for the team. Even so, I waited in the car (with the air conditioning on) with my dog ​​until it was our turn. During the examination, my dog ​​was perfectly still. Dr. Schoenrock was wonderful; she listens, examines confidently, and is very empathetic. I was very pleased with the entire experience. My dog ​​handled it well. By the way, there's a separate entrance and waiting area for dogs like mine, or dogs that don't get along well with other dogs. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice.

We have been customers with our four-legged friend for years, even though we don't live near the practice. However, we gladly make the trip because of the friendly and competent service.

Absolutely fantastic! Empathetic and loving; the animal is treated as a patient with respect. The whole team takes their time, explains everything, and creates a warm atmosphere. I feel very well cared for at the Schoenrock practice, which my kittens also sense and are only ever a little bit scared :) The drive to the practice takes just under 20 minutes. I would even come here if it were an hour's drive. Thank you!

A very nice veterinary practice! We were able to bring in an underweight baby hedgehog (only 150g) without its mother on the very day of my call. It's great that you can also bring in a wild animal. Unfortunately, despite a severe cough, the hedgehog wasn't vaccinated against lungworms. If we hadn't gone to another veterinary practice in Quickborn, the sweet hedgehog would have died. 😔 Almost all hedgehogs unfortunately have lungworms!!
