I've been going to Dr. Langenbeck for over nine years now. I did have another vet for a while, but Dr. Langenbeck simply has the most expertise when it comes to guinea pigs, and I think it's fantastic that she's always continuing her education. She's very approachable and easy to talk to, and even when things get a bit complicated, she never loses her patience. She always carefully considers what's possible and always tries to help the animal, no matter what. My animals and I are so proud to have such a wonderful vet on our team.

I'm not entirely satisfied. We took our baby rabbits to the vet today, and they were practically snatched out of our hands and taken into the room without us even being properly greeted. The vet was incredibly kind, but the assistant was unfortunately very insensitive.

This veterinary practice is simply a godsend and has now "saved" my 15-year-old dog's life for the third time, helping us countless times in the past! In 2010, I brought a 2-3 week old puppy to their practice because our dog, due to her size and weight, hadn't been nursed by her mother and had been rejected. The breeders had simply referred to the natural order of things and said she'd never make it anyway, so I took her with me. Dr. Langenbeck helped us nurse her back to health, and with so much love and care, it was clear after just a few days that she would definitely survive. In 2011, she was spayed—everything went perfectly. The price was great—no Elizabethan collar, just a really nice bodysuit for dogs. For the next few years, we were always greeted warmly, and I truly can't say anything negative about this practice. Due to a move, we had to switch to a different veterinarian in 2016. For no apparent reason, our dog started walking strangely, was quieter, and I had the feeling her claws were looser... in short, we went to three vets, and none of them took me seriously... so I called Dr. Langenbeck, who offered to come by immediately. She immediately recognized that it was a food intolerance... but she also tested the claw, which had since come off easily, to rule out an autoimmune disease, etc. After a simple change in her food, our dog was fine again and became her old whirlwind. Of course, from then on, we were always happy to go to Dr. Langenbeck. Then, in 2023, during a routine check-up, we were diagnosed with a heart condition. This again proved how precise and skilled the veterinarian is. The heart ultrasound was also performed by her colleague in the familiar surroundings of the practice. Upcoming dental surgery for our old girl. Here too, we received excellent support and everything was carefully considered, taking into account the best course of action for our dog, especially considering her heart condition and age. In 2024, the shock hit. Our dog was diagnosed with epilepsy. We were devastated, and not only our dog but we ourselves were so incredibly well cared for. In 2025, we finally dared to have her teeth checked, after we had successfully adjusted all her medications and the seizures were becoming less frequent. And yes, I left the clinic in tears again because this team cares so lovingly for the animals (and for the nervous owners with their "silly" questions). In conclusion, I can only say that they always have a sympathetic ear for your pet and are always greeted by a smiling veterinarian. The team is also incredibly kind and always has time for all questions and even calls to check on your dog. Appointments were always available promptly, and the waiting time was very short. In my opinion, the prices are perfectly reasonable, and there are no unnecessary charges. Even follow-up questions over the phone are not billed separately. Medications are the same price, and sometimes even cheaper, than online. Thank you so much for the expert examinations and lovely appointments... and I hope to see you for many more years to come! 🍀 Best regards, Candy

We've been there several times now, whether for a dog or a cat, for something minor or a serious injury. We've always felt incredibly well cared for and understood. Even our anxious dog gets a break and is allowed to come for liverwurst to get to know everyone. The best team for our four-legged friends! 🥰
