I'm not entirely satisfied. We took our baby rabbits to the doctor's office today, and they were practically snatched right out of our hands and taken into the room without us even being greeted. The doctor was super nice, but the assistant was unfortunately very unsympathetic.
A very competent and friendly team. Our guinea pig was very lucky to receive such good care here. After a complicated surgery, it's back to full health. THANK YOU Top place for rodents.
We've been there several times now, whether for a dog or a cat, whether it was a minor injury or a serious injury. We always felt very well looked after and understood. Even our nervous dog gets a chance to settle in and eat liverwurst to get to know everyone. The best team for our four-legged friends.
Dr. Langenbeck is fantastic! My cat has had trouble chewing and swallowing for 10 days, and as a result, he hasn't been eating much. The day before yesterday, I went to a veterinary clinic here on Lake Ammersee. The result: a shrug from the vet. Possibly gum problems. Possibly! He suggested I try a dental gel… I was so frustrated! Today, I went to Dr. Langenbeck in Kaufering, and this highly competent veterinarian figured out what was wrong with Rosso within 3 minutes: tonsillitis. I know what tonsillitis feels like—you just don't want to eat anything at all. It feels like swallowing thumbtacks… I don't know why the other vet didn't think to use a spatula to gently push down on his tongue to examine his tonsils. But I do know that I definitely won't be going back to that clinic. I'd rather drive twice the distance to Kaufering. Because there, a highly competent veterinarian awaited me and my cat – along with a friendly and exceptionally well-organized team. Many thanks, Dr. Langenbeck and team!
This practice is simply a stroke of luck and has "saved" my 15-year-old dog's life for the third time now, and has helped us many times! In 2010, I came to their practice with a 2-3 week-old puppy because our dog wasn't being nursed by her mother due to her size and weight...the breeders had pointed to the course of nature and said she'd never make it anyway...so I simply took her with me. Dr. Langenbeck helped us nurse her back to health, and with lots of love, it was clear after a few days that she would definitely survive. Spayed in 2011...everything was great. The price was great...not a constrictor, but a really great dog bodysuit. Over the next few years, we were always greeted with great enthusiasm, and I really can't say anything negative about this practice.... Due to a move, we had to go to a different vet in 2016. For no apparent reason, our dog was walking strangely, was calmer, and I felt her claws were looser....in short, we went to three vets!!! and none of them took me seriously....so I called Dr. Langenbeck, who offered to come over immediately. She immediately recognized it was a food intolerance...but also tested the claw, which had since been removed, to rule out an autoimmune disease, etc. After a simple change in food, our dog was fine again and became her old whirlwind again. Of course, from then on, we always enjoyed visiting Dr. Langenbeck. In 2023, during a routine checkup, the diagnosis came that her heart didn't sound good. This, again, is proof of how precise and skilled the vet is at work. The cardiac ultrasound was also performed by her colleague in the familiar setting of the practice. Our elderly lady is due for dental surgery. Here, too, we received excellent support and everything was lovingly considered, and the best course of action for the dog, especially considering her heart condition and age. 2024: The shock. Our dog has epilepsy. We were devastated, and not only our dog, but we too were cared for so lovingly. In 2025, we finally dared to have her teeth checked, after we had adjusted all the medications perfectly and the seizures were becoming less frequent... And yes, here, too, I left the practice in tears because this team cares so lovingly for the animals (and for the nervous owners with their "stupid" questions). In summary, I can only say that you always have an open ear for your animal here and are always greeted by a smiling veterinarian. The team is also incredibly kind and always has time for all questions...and they call to inquire about the dog. Appointments were always prompt...and the waiting time was very short. In my opinion, the prices are completely reasonable, and nothing unnecessary is charged. There are no additional charges for inquiries over the phone. Medications are the same price, sometimes even cheaper than online. Thank you so much for the competent examinations and caring appointments with you...and hopefully for many more years with you 🍀 Best wishes from Candy
