The availability by phone (even on weekends) in the initial period after the surgery was especially helpful. Thank you to the entire team!

The veterinarian was very competent, empathetic, and explained everything to me in detail. The surgery went perfectly and my cat recovered quickly. You can tell that they work with a lot of experience and love for animals. I can absolutely recommend this practice!"

Looking at my profile, it quickly becomes clear that I'm very deliberate in giving reviews and only very rarely award a single star. That's why I regret all the more that in this case, it's unavoidable. Last year, I made an appointment with Dr. Rechberger for my dog ​​Kira, who suffers from severe panic attacks while traveling in the car – specifically because of her additional qualification as a behavioral therapist. The appointment ultimately consisted of an approximately 30-minute consultation about possible medication. When I inquired about specific behavioral therapy, I was told that it couldn't be offered due to a lack of time. In my opinion, it would be fair and transparent to clearly communicate this information on the website. However, the price was particularly disappointing: I was charged €150 for this half-hour consultation, the content of which I was already familiar with from my veterinarian and my own professional experience. I had to ask several times to make sure I understood the amount correctly, as I felt it was completely disproportionate to the service provided. Furthermore, I initially received no invoice. Only after I asked – during which the receptionist reacted visibly nervously – and after a considerable wait, was the bill finally handed to me from a back room. Very disappointing and unfortunately not recommended.

Our Maine Coon cat had an eye infection that got quite out of control. Thanks to Dr. Rechberger, everything is now back to normal. Thank you again. I would also like to mention that the entire team is very warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. Even on Sundays, they make time for patients when it's urgent!
