Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. For an examination that lasted less than two minutes, we paid €54 in cash and didn't even receive a receipt. I had to ask several times to get a paper receipt, then the printer suddenly broke down, and I still haven't received it. During the examination, neither you nor your dog's temperature was taken, nor was their general condition assessed—nothing at all. The diagnosis was made within one minute, and that was it. We used to go to this practice several times and were always satisfied until now, but we always saw a male veterinarian who is unfortunately no longer there.

This is a chance to say THANK YOU in a different way. Thank you to the entire team at this practice. With great care and a calm demeanor, not to mention their expert medical knowledge, your furry friend will receive the best possible care. Highly recommended!

If I had the option, I wouldn't give any stars. We took our sweet cat to the emergency vet late one evening with acute respiratory distress. The worst part was that we had to go through all the paperwork and pay a deposit first, instead of receiving immediate first aid. The vet was very incompetent. After the x-ray, the little one was taken to the examination room, and I was allowed to administer oxygen. The vet only came into the examination room later, after she had been talking to someone in the hallway. She wasn't even able to insert an IV line because the little one was resisting, even though she was turning blue from lack of oxygen. No thoracentesis (puncture) was performed to remove the fluid. Unfortunately, the little one suffocated painfully during the night.

In response to Manfred's review, it was certainly the veterinary clinic in Wehr, and it's notorious for that. I would never take an animal there; I've had very bad experiences. I even had a falling out with the head vet, Wenzel or Wetzel, at that clinic. We then went to Dr. Zorn, and you won't find a better practice in Wehr. Everyone there is very caring.
