Reviews
Extremely poor service. Even though our dog was referred for surgery, the practice was unable to change the bandage after four days. Even though he's our regular vet. They told us to contact the surgery clinic ourselves. So, another 60-kilometer drive. We absolutely cannot recommend this practice.
A veterinary practice just the way you want it! We took our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Luna, there and are completely satisfied. The consultation was excellent, and the entire team treated our dog with incredible sensitivity and love. Compared to another practice in Hoyerswerda where we went previously, the difference was immediately apparent. Here, you truly feel like you're in good hands.
Very poor service. I wanted to bring my dog in for emergency treatment after he'd been bitten. After contacting them by phone, I was turned away and told to try somewhere else; they only work by appointment. I then called the vet at the zoo, who immediately agreed to emergency treatment. My dog's wound needed staples, and he also received medication. I strongly advise against visiting the vet at the train station!
