The best vet ever! We can say that with certainty because our dog Kira needs to go to the vet quite often. Dr. Degenaar has always helped her quickly and effectively, and she's in very good hands there. Even on holidays, Dr. Degenaar is concerned about her little patients and checks in on their well-being. I've never heard of anything like that from other vets. Giving a bad review just because you're not accepted as a patient is outrageous and something I would never even consider.

Today, I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr. Degenaar and her team. Her small practice is characterized by a great deal of heart, understanding, genuine interest, and empathy. They provide the best possible support to us and our four cats at all times. We always feel well cared for and listened to. Our questions are answered clearly and, where necessary, explained in detail. Communication is consistently transparent, and the welfare of the animals is our top priority when necessary. In my opinion, Dr. Degenaar's pronounced sense of responsibility is further underscored by the fact that, in times when the practice team is acutely busy with other patients' emergency animals, she clearly communicates this and, if necessary, refers her to fellow veterinarians or veterinary clinics to ensure the well-being of my animal, who still needs urgent treatment.
