They are always there for us and our four cats in the best possible way. We always feel well cared for and heard. Our questions are answered clearly and explained in detail when necessary. Communication is consistently transparent, and the animals' well-being is always the top priority when making necessary decisions. In my opinion, Dr. Degenaar's strong sense of responsibility is further underscored by the fact that, when the practice team is fully booked with other patients' emergency animals, she clearly communicates this and, if necessary, refers us to veterinary colleagues or an animal hospital to ensure that my pet, who requires urgent treatment, still receives the best possible care. Therefore, a heartfelt thank you for the consistently empathetic and professional care.

The best vet ever! We can say that with certainty because our dog Kira needs to go to the vet quite often. Dr. Degenaar has always helped her quickly and effectively, and she's in very good hands there. Even on holidays, Dr. Degenaar is concerned about her little patients and checks in on their well-being. I've never heard of anything like that from other vets. Giving a bad review just because you're not accepted as a patient is outrageous and something I would never even consider.
