Kleintierpraxis Falk Strutz

I switched my two cats to Dr. Strutz a few months ago and will definitely stay there. He's a very competent veterinarian who always acts in the best interests of the animals and has a wonderful sensitivity. Even my cat, who is usually quite aggressive, can be handled there. We've had two more complicated cases with the cats in a very short time, and Dr. Strutz is truly excellent. The practice is also well-equipped, so you don't necessarily have to go to a veterinary clinic for further diagnostics. In addition, you can always get an appointment quickly, and the receptionist is always very courteous. I feel very well cared for and am happy to have found such a great veterinarian. Thank you!

I appreciate that there's a waiting room for cats. Today I was told to allow some time, as I was going to be squeezed in. "Bring a book," they said. I only managed to read two pages before it was our turn. My cat isn't feeling well, but I feel very comfortable at this veterinary practice. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I can only give one star for the quick attempt at help. Help was, sadly, not to be expected! They were unable to interpret the X-rays or administer medication. Completely overwhelmed, they were more concerned with vaccinations. In Wasbek, they took a quick look and helped immediately. Had I known that, I would never have gone there. I can only advise everyone to go to the veterinary clinic; the prices are even cheaper! Now I hope for the little kitten that it wasn't too late and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for him.

I regularly take my cat to the practice for laser pain therapy, and it's really helped her (she has arthritis). The way the animals are handled is simply wonderful; the blood draws for my cat are largely stress-free, but who likes that? Unfortunately, my cat and I have had very bad experiences with other vets. For example, she was forcibly pushed down by three people for the blood draw, which wasn't necessary at all in this practice. They spoke to her gently, showed her everything, put a cone on her, an assistant held her slightly, and the vet was so gentle that she only meowed, not screamed like she had before. So the blood draw was much less stressful for everyone. I was so impressed that I only take her to Dr. Strutz now. All her dental surgeries went perfectly too—a fantastic vet! :-) We are very happy.

I've been taking all my animals to this small animal practice for quite some time now, and I can honestly say that I've never felt so well cared for. The entire practice team does a fantastic job – from the warm and always helpful reception staff to the highly competent and consistently friendly veterinarians and veterinary assistants. They are truly a very special team with heart and expertise, and they deserve my sincere thanks.
