Mother, daughter, and staff make a good and pleasant team. Our cat Xaver contracted a serious infection. Initially, we went to another very dedicated veterinarian who couldn't get the infection under control, so we had to consider having him put down. Thanks to the experience of both young and old, our cat recovered and often brings us gifts.

Highly recommended. Sensitive, very competent, and always in the best interests of the animals. Highly recommended, even for anxious animals. We came here in 2023 with a complicated case and received excellent care with our dog. The problems started with another dog, and we received and continue to receive excellent care. We successfully underwent a surgery, always received good advice, and the best possible treatment. We are happy to be in the practice and will definitely stay here. The entire practice team, from the trainee to the owner, are all incredibly nice and friendly, very helpful, and most importantly... highly competent!!! I feel very well cared for at the practice. They take their time for both the animal and the owner, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is very calm and the opening hours are great, even for working people. A slightly longer wait is easily acceptable because they take the time to address every question and concern. Our cat is very relaxed. Even during treatment, they treat the animal gently.

The practice has a very harmonious atmosphere. We have rarely experienced such a superb small animal practice. We describe Dr. Mucha and her team as very loving, sensitive, friendly, well-organized, and competent. We have never encountered a practice where the team exudes such calm upon entering the examination room. One of our cats always panicked whenever we went to the vet. I think most people can relate. Last time, he started snuggling up to everyone and relaxed on the examination table. He didn't even try to escape into his carrier. Before, he couldn't wait and would jump in as soon as we lifted the carrier. He just wanted to get away from it all... To Dr. It should also be mentioned that Daniele Mucha possesses extensive expertise. She is highly competent and takes ample time for her patients. Her explanations are always clear and easy to understand. Surgeries are performed professionally by her and an additional surgeon. Billing is very fair and transparent. The team consists of Dr. Daniele Mucha, an additional professional surgeon for support, and two lovely women: a medical assistant and a trainee. Keep up the great work!
