My first impression was of a fantastic practice. I was able to come in at 9 pm with my vomiting dog; one phone call was all it took. Despite the late hour, Dr. Albus took plenty of time and treated my anxious Labrador with great care and affection. I, as the owner, also felt completely taken seriously.

Very satisfied! I've been a patient at this practice for almost 10 years with three dogs and four rabbits, and I travel 50 km so that my animals can be treated by Dr. Albus. The animals are treated with great sensitivity and warmth. Dr. Albus takes a lot of time for thorough examinations and responsible consultations and is also available outside of opening hours in emergencies. Once, I called her at 4:30 in the morning because of a dog. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this veterinary practice to every pet owner.

We are completely satisfied. Whether cat or dog, Dr. Albus's expertise is 100% convincing. She takes a lot of time for informative consultations. For example, she diagnosed our dog with congenital heart failure, which had gone undetected at a veterinary clinic for years. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The veterinarian seemed unfriendly and lacked empathy; she herself came across as very pushy and aloof, which made it difficult to trust her. I will not be visiting her again. I can give this review with a clear conscience, as I have experience with other practices.

We are so grateful for the quick help! Our dog stepped on a hornet (or some other insect) on a Friday afternoon and was in a lot of pain. Even though we didn't have an appointment, we were able to come in immediately. The veterinarian was incredibly empathetic and gave our dog injections right away, so we're hopeful he'll be feeling better soon. The veterinary assistants were also incredibly friendly and attentive. We were especially impressed that we were even able to get a follow-up appointment for the next morning – even though the practice is normally closed on Saturdays. This demonstrates real dedication and a big heart for the animals. We will definitely come back – hopefully next time just for a routine vaccination appointment.
