I am absolutely thrilled with the loving care this small animal veterinarian provides. She takes her time, explains every step clearly, and is very attentive to both the animal and my concerns. Instead of just performing a quick treatment, she examines the animal carefully, asks specific questions, and finds a suitable solution for every problem. This spring, I switched my three cats to Dr. Blocksiepen's practice. She diagnosed an urgent dental problem with my oldest cat and was thankfully able to resolve it quickly. My other two cats also saw her over the course of the year, one as an emergency case and the other during a scheduled appointment. And although my cats, like many others, were often not very cooperative as patients, Dr. Blocksiepen and her team always treated them kindly and competently. The issues were always explained clearly and objectively, which is very important to me. I can definitely recommend this practice.
