We really like the team here. They are always kind and helpful with questions and suggestions. Sometimes we have waited awhile, and sometimes not. It’s not a big deal for us, but just be prepared. Also it makes me feel good knowing that if we ever needed emergency care, they would fit us in, and take the time to care for our fur babies. The cherry on top are the prices. If you are American, you will be very pleasantly surprised compared to US pricing. They also take VAT forms, for the same month receipts. If you schedule your visit for the beginning of the month, for example, they will hold your form the rest of the month in case you need to come back for anything else.

Hands down the best veterinary service in Kaiserslautern. When we first adopted our 8 week old English Bulldog he became seriously ill. We had terrible experiences at other vets in the local area and over the next month his condition worsened. In an emergency situation we called Tierartzpraxis Rahimi and they saw us immediately. Dr. Rahimi and his staff worked around the clock and saved our pups life. For the next 5 years we took our dog there and Dr. Rahimi and his staff has always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend and would give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you for everything!

The staff was friendly and understanding of our needs, we called the same day and asked for availability and they were able to fit us in last minute. We had to fly out the following day to the US and they took care of filling out the forms needed for the CDC going into Florida. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and they spoke English as well, there was a lot of people waiting and coming and going which also speaks highly of their reputation. I highly recommend this pet hospital to any one, American or German as they will take great care of your pets!

This Vet is amazing. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional care my beloved cat, Precious, received at the Lothringer Dell Vet. When I had to switch up our scheduled appointment dates at the last minute, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and fit us in. The moment we walked in, it was evident that the staff genuinely cared for animals. They treated Precious with such kindness, tenderness, and expertise, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The veterinarian (extremely nice) took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the examination and any necessary treatments, ensuring I had a clear understanding of Precious' health. As a pet owner, this level of compassion and communication meant the world to me. I truly believe that my cat's well-being was their top priority. Thanks to the exceptional care provided by this clinic Precious is not only healthier but also happier. Pet death and long wait times—I took my cat to this clinic several times in 2024. Everytime, I waited nearly an hour or more past my appointment time. One of our last visits, I took my cat in to have a fluid-filled cyst (non-cancerous) removed from her head. They knew she was 15 and had stage 2 kidney disease. They did not do a blood test prior to the surgery. A week later we had to put her down because of severe health issues caused by putting a senior cat with kidney disease under anesthesia. When I speak to other vets they tell me it is absolutely insane they didn’t do a blood test prior. I wish I had known. Now I take my other cats to a different clinic.
