We took our kittens to this practice for their initial check-up on a recommendation and were completely satisfied with the service and advice. When it came time for their neutering, we received excellent advice over the phone, the procedure went smoothly for both animals (male and female), and they recovered very quickly. The follow-up appointment also went perfectly. Regarding the costs, we are aware that pets cost money; that was clear before we got them. However, we weren't pressured into anything unnecessary. Overall, we are very happy with the practice team and are looking forward to the next vaccination appointment.

We took our first dog to this practice and were always very satisfied with the treatment. Mr. Ladwig is also our first point of contact for our second Labrador's health concerns. Behind his open and humorous manner lies a wealth of experience and expertise, which is why we are happy to recommend him as a veterinarian.

Always good and honest treatment, he has often chosen the right words and treatment for my dogs, even if it sometimes sounds/feels harsh. Mr. Ladwig also makes home visits at odd hours when there's an emergency. A vet who I don't get the feeling is just making money, definitely not. If he can't help further, you can trust him to refer you to specialists. I've been there for several years and have been with friends' dogs since 2008. Simply the best. 👍😀 He also supported me with the German Armed Forces' Paws campaign. He also collected and donated several kilograms of bottle caps to the German Armed Forces.

I am absolutely thrilled with this veterinary practice! From the initial greeting to the farewell, everything is always perfect. The team is incredibly friendly, competent, and empathetic – both towards my pet and towards me as the owner. The practice is modern, clean, and well-organized, and waiting times were minimal. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, and I felt very well cared for every time. I would especially like to highlight the loving treatment of my pet (dog), the patience of the entire team, and the transparent recommendations. Highly recommended!
