I called for a monthly pain injection for my cat. The person on the phone told me to go to the vet I usually go to and hung up (he's on vacation). They were incredibly unfriendly. I think this is the worst vet around.

We are always treated very professionally and with great empathy here. The advice is excellent, and our cat no longer finds it difficult to go; she even goes into the carrier without any problems. She feels comfortable and well cared for by Marianne, and that's what matters.
