If I could, I wouldn't even give one star. I was there a few months ago and my cat had fluid in her lungs. The vet (Munir) gave us heart medication and a diuretic injection. When we went back to him today because my cat was really sick, he said, "That's very bad. Isn't he taking his diuretic medication?" My mother and I then said he hadn't given us any, but he insisted he had. Then he looked and said he must have forgotten or something. After that, he gave my cat injections for drainage and told us to come back in an hour. When I returned, he was vomiting foam and couldn't breathe. He was screaming and his breathing was labored; he could barely get any air. Munir said he wouldn't survive. We paid €100 and then drove to the Haan clinic. My cat screamed and whimpered in pain the whole way. In Haan, they said that if the vet had acted sooner, he would still be with us today. I paid several hundred euros for the clinic, and in the end, he died. Please don't go to this vet if it's a real emergency. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Rest in peace, my dear cat Bamsi

After 15 years, we had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our mixed-breed dog. We always brought her to this practice and felt very comfortable with the entire team. Our dog was always well cared for, and we always received an honest assessment. Thank you!

We've been taking our cats to this veterinary practice for many years and are very happy there. Whether it's neutering, vaccinations, or treating infections, our animals have always received thorough and loving examinations and treatment. The entire team is incredibly kind and calm with the cats, and cuddles are always part of the experience. You could almost say our cats feel at home there. We humans also feel well cared for. We recently had to visit the practice again for an emergency after a long time and are grateful for the quick and comprehensive help. Thank you to the whole team!
