I visited the practice for the first time on Friday and was absolutely thrilled! I was there with my Old English Bulldog (Amy) and the whole team, including the vet, was very friendly, explained everything, and took their time with the animals. We'll be back! ♡

I was put in the waiting room for 2.5 hours with an emergency. When a veterinarian finally came to see me, it suddenly became very urgent. However, I was also told that they could only provide emergency treatment and that there was no capacity within the clinic for further treatment and aftercare. Why wasn't this said to me upon arrival? Why make someone with an emergency wait and then say, "Sorry, we're only doing the bare minimum, please go somewhere else afterward"? The cat had to be put under anesthesia again at the next clinic for further treatment and aftercare because the IV line wasn't inserted correctly at the clinic in Norderstedt. One star is still too much for this...

We have been patients of Dr. Haase for some time now and feel well cared for. The staff is always friendly and animal-friendly.

A horrific money-making scheme. We took our terminally ill cat there. During the examination, several illnesses were discovered. Instead of euthanizing the animal, they wanted to do blood tests, etc. We then sought a second opinion. This vet immediately felt a huge tumor on the kidney and euthanized the poor animal. We will never go to this vet again. I would recommend any other vet instead.
